At CHO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your CHO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
